Terms and Conditions

By entering or otherwise participating in the Give Away, all entrants and other participants agree to abide by these official rules, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Give Away.

To enter: Complete the online survey and submit your full name, mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), telephone number, and email address. No Purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person/mailing address is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Your chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received. Random drawing will be held at Alicia International, Inc. ("Alicia"), in Niles, Illinois, on or about the last day of each month, and the winner will be notified by telephone or email within two weeks of the drawing.

No P.O. Boxes, only street or rural addresses are acceptable. Alicia is not responsible for lost, late or undelivered responses including those caught in an electronic message spam filter, nor is Alicia responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in the Give Away or by an technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Give Away.

By entering, you give us the permission to contact you, even if you've registered with the no-call list in your state. By providing your email address, you grant Alicia the right to send you commercial messages.

Income and all other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If you are the monthly Give Away winner, you must select your prize from the list of available Give Away prizes. No substitution for the prizes will be allowed, except by Alicia, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Prize may not be endorsed, transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Alicia's sole discretion. In the event that you are not a Monthly Give Away winner for a particular month, your entry will roll-over to the next month to be eligible for that particular month's Monthly Give Away winner.

Promotional Give Away is open to all legal resident who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except employees of Alicia, their families and retail customers of Alicia.

Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Alicia's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constituted a waiver of such provision.

Alicia, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for any reason. Alicia further reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion for any reason. In the event of a dispute, Alicia reserves the right to select the winning entry. Alicia is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Give Away for any reason, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error as its sole discretion without liability.

All entries become the property of Alicia and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry, you hereby grant Alicia a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-restrictive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, make available, prepare derivative works of, display (including any portion thereof and your image, likeness, voice, name, and photograph as included therein), and any audio and/or visual excerpts thereof, in connection with the Give Away, and otherwise in connection with any of Alicia's current and/or future business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Alicia Beauty site (and derivative works or sites thereof) in any media formats and through all media channels, whether now known or hereafter developed. Acceptance of prizes constitutes consent to use the winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Participants agree to be bound by the above rules and regulations. Participants also agree to release Alicia for any liability or damages that may arise from participating in this giveaway. Alicia assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any entries.
